Jamillah Scott-Branch is the Head of Research and Instruction at North Carolina Central University (NCCU) in Durham, NC. In this role, she manages the library’s instruction and outreach initiatives, Interlibrary Loan, Government Documents, and is responsible for identifying emerging technologies that can be incorporated into library services. Previously, she served as the Technology and Media Services Librarian at Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, NC. She holds a Master in Library Science from North Carolina Central University and a BA in English Literature from Fisk University in Nashville, TN. Her research interest include technology and libraries, diversity in libraries, information literacy, and effective library leadership.
