Leo Agnew has 27 years of human resource experience which includes 17 years as an HR director in ARL Libraries. In his current role, he supports the mission of the UI Libraries by overseeing human resource and diversity program activities which include organizational analysis and change efforts, strategic planning, academic and classified staff recruitment, staff training, employee relations, and more. His duties require working collaboratively with library staff as well as campus-level administrators. Leo earned a Master’s in Public Administration in 2009.
