Tanika Martin is the Children’s Services Manager at the North Regional Library in Durham NC and the North Carolina Library Association’s Youth Services Section Chair. Tanika has worked with the Durham County Library for close to twenty years and has served in a variety of capacities. Tanika is passionate about her work in libraries and enjoys mentoring, coaching and encouraging professional development with new and existing library staff at all levels. She enjoys presenting on topics that renew and enhance her audience’s perspective of their dynamic, innovative and exciting roles in their respective libraries.
